• Characteristics of a DevOps culture, the connection between culture and DevOps.
• Structure of a DevOps organization: architecture, team structures, dependencies
• Processes in DevOps: What should collaboration look like in the context of DevOps?
• DevOps, Lean and Agile: Interrelationships, differences, approaches
• Basics of automation

Duration:

3 days full-time (21 hours)

Prerequisites:

None. Prior experience with agile is helpful.
